It’s your payment system with the hotel that I have an issue with. There is a delay in how they get the money I prepaid and that resulted in my credit card being charged by the hotel for a few hundred dollars. I’m hoping that the credit for those charges are resolved but I have to wait until I’m home & can check my cc statement online. Also, multiple restaurants around the hotel area were closed as well. This made it very difficult for my husband as he only had his dump truck for transportation which is not ideal for driving around town to find a different place to eat. We chose this location because of the close restaurants which was not beneficial. The hallway carpet is just plain awful--very old and so dirty. We were put as far away from the main desk as possible, and with a room that could overlook the swimming pool. The lights from the pool shined in our room all night and the air conditioning could not have been louder.
