“This is a surprisingly nice hotel for a small town. It's pretty centrally located and there are plenty of stores and restaurants within a short driving distance. The property is very nice and very quiet for the most part. The rooms are spacious and well kept, even though they are a little older. The A/C unit can be a bit loud so if you're a light sleeper, that might be a little bit of a negative for you. The free breakfast buffet is decent. “The hotel canceled my reservation without notice. They said my card declined but how can that be when I paid in full when I booked the room three weeks ago. The employee Patrick was no help at all and was very smug. I will admit my husband was for upset after a flight and having to drive an hour and 30 minutes from the Tuscan airport to find out the canceled my room. Patrick stated he couldn't do anything since I booked through a third party. I have used Expedia for years and have never had a……

“This is probably an older hotel. You can see the tell-tale signs of a remodel in small nuanced things but overall a great experience. It met 2 criteria that I look for that some other hotels fail at including some Hilton hotels. It didn't stink and there were no bugs. Other things is the bed and pillows were comfortable. Friendly staff and breakfast was good. I will stay again if I ever go back to Sierra Vista.”
