“The room was older but clean,”

“The staff was beyond accomodating and caring. After getting food poisoning from a local restaurant, I had a bad night in the room from being sick. I told the front desk abiout what happened and they helped me out tremendiously and took care of the room for me. I can not say how appreciative I am for them understanding and checking in on me the next day. The place was clean and the manager actually goes and washes out the coffee urn between brewings. If I have to back to Mountain Home I will stay……

“The toilet would not flush, room had not been cleaned. The television did not work. We were not offered another room. We didn’t end up staying. We drove back home.”

“The motel was run down. Looks nothing like the photo's. First room they gave us was with out a running Air Conditioner. The second room they gave us had black mold through out the ceiling . Still waiting on my refund.”

“The staff was great. The cold water did not work in the shower. So it was near to impossible to take a comfortable shower. It's unfortunate that the lobby does not stay open for more than 12 hours because were locked out in the middle of the night and had to repeatedly call 2 phone numbers for an hour and a half before they finally came to let us in. The continental breakfast left room to be desired. The milk was expired and lumpy. They told us that the air conditioning had gone out and that was……

“We truly enjoyed our weekend getaway! Kirby and Teresa were the best host. They were so kind and very helpful. Everything was just as it was advertised. We would highly recommend this cabin to anyone.”
