“Heater would blow cold air. You get one sheet and a thin blanket. Froze all night. The fridge doesnt work just made noise all night. Showers need a curtain, you have to step out in cold puddles of water to get shampoo and the tile is uneven. You get one towel. Not enough parking spaces. I will be staying in spirit lake again but never staying here again”

“Everything was excellent except for the little side store they had that carried basic essentials. It could have been a little more well-stocked.”

“Great”

“Beautiful grounds! Many activities to do. Ideal for families. Pool and fitness center was great! Loved the deck off our room. Disappointed there were no food options during our stay on Monday & Tuesdays. Has we known we would have done better prepared with our own food. ”

“Beautiful property! It was clean, spacious and very comfy. Carmen was a wonderful host. Would definitely stay here again!”

“I dislike the new showers they are too narrow and the curtain is too close when showering. I am not very big so I can only imagine a large person how it is.”

“Would stay again!! Staff were great and the room and property were very nice.”

“Awesome”

“Had an excellent stay with the perfect location, comfort of home, and amazing host. We will be back and can’t wait to stay again! Thank you again so much. ”

“Everything was great and the homemade bread was delicious”

“Updated apartment that was clean and stocked complimentary water and K-Pods. Lovely comfortable stay.”

“I didn't like anything. The room was dirty. Used soap, no toilet paper on the roll, mysterious stains on the bed skirt, red stains on the cupboard door. The night stand was badly damaged. The main carpet in the halls were dirty and damaged. I could go on.”

“Was able to check in quickly and get to my room after arriving late at night”
