“The farm is beautiful - spotlessly maintained. The horses were friendly”

“I’ve never stayed in such filthy conditions in my life. The walls and linens looked like literal crime scenes. Even the most basic swipes at cleaning have been ignored for so many years that there would be no reason to complain. Staff was nice but it was very difficult to get a 3rd and 4th towel (despite me checking in 4 people). i had to go to the office twice and beg. That said it was cheap-cheap so I guess I got what I paid for. A good value if you want a comfy-ish bed, an oversized tv, and……

“I did not use the pool and the air conditioner worked fine it was kind of loud but it worked good”

“The bathroom was not clean. There was only one cup in the room for use and it was open. The second bed had not been changed; it had something on the sheets that looked like dried up snot on it. Makes you wonder where else the staff is coming up short. Breakfast was only half out and the equipment was not working. I’ll give them credit that it was almost time for breakfast to be over. I just expected to be able to have all the choices until the stopping time not before. ”

“The workers are very nice and helpful! Only complaint is the carpet needs to clean through out the building.”

“2-years in a row that the pool was closed. Shower head leaked & had weak water pressure. The Conditioner was empty upon arrival & need to have some sort of ‘night light’ available instead of only bright lights or TV. Not being picky, I liked my stay… I’m just trying to give good honest feedback ~ easy improvements. Thank You. ”

“Was suppose to be a non smoking room and it was saturated with smoke smell.”

“The property was clean and the staff was friendly and helpful, but I asked for a Mountain View room and was given a wheelchair accessible room, and there was so much noise above me that it felt like they were doing construction or there was a gym upstairs. This was a little upsetting because I had a long bike ride in the morning and that was the reason why I stayed there”

“Paid for a king suite with a whirlpool tub. No tub. Ila at desk very rude and said she couldn’t do anything about it because we booked through Expedia. Also charged more than the advertised rate for a pet. Hot tub was warm not hot. Pool and hot tub area not clean. Would not come there again”

“The front desk was so nice and the room was clean and perfect for what I needed. The parking lot was extremely well lit if you are getting in late. Will for sure consider staying here again.”
