“One of the cleanest places we have ever stayed. We felt right at home. The place was well decorated and our only regret is that we messed up our dates when booking and were only able to stay 1 night instead of 2.The host supplied K-cups and a coffee bar, as well as a nice little basket of fruit and local pretzels. She also had a nice guest book and plenty of brochures of area attractions, etc. Being in nature was wonderful. Would stay here again!”

“Absolutely charming home. Loved the spacious kitchen and living room layouts. Great location to walk to many local points of interest. Very comfortable rooms and bathrooms. ”

“It was close to the Sight & Sound theater and the Country Kettle Kitchen stores. The swimming pool and hot tub were very nice, but it should be noted that they are shared with the family and other guests. ”

“Beautifully restored stone church in a quiet neighborhood. There was a peaceful spiritual presence about the place. We had everything we needed and loved the atmosphere. We are thankful to the owners for sharing this beautiful home. ”

“Amazing location in a beautiful wooded-community, a real retreat. The outdoor spaces (wraparound porch, back patio) were particularly nice. As noted in the listing, the walls were a bit thin, but this didn't bother us. Kid friendly -- they loved the "secret passageway" (shared closet) between bedrooms.”

“Just charming and rustic! The kitchen is well-appointed. The overall vibe is old-school lakehouse/ cabin/ camp. The porch is to die for. We had never been to Mount Gretna before, but chose it because it was very close to the PA Renn Faire, which we were attending with our children and their spouses. I would recommend 100%. Please note, the houses are very close together, so maintaining the quiet the neighbors expect and deserve may be difficult with pets.”

“A wonderful experience!“Slice of heaven” was a fantastic stay. It’s hard to describe how interesting and cool the little “camp village” ( for lack of a better word) was.It felt like something out of a story book. So peaceful and quiet with so many interesting little nooks and crannies to see while roaming around with a cup of coffee in the morning.
