“Ok”

“nice”

“Friendly staff, clean room hot tub was nice and relaxing. Price was fair. Will definitely come back to this hotel for fall activities and adventures in and around Lancaster..”

“We used Expedia for this reservation. We were supposed to have a King Size bed. When we arrived at 7pm, we were given a Queen Size bed and were told they were full; no chance to change rooms. About 2 hours later, after we had unpacked, they called to say they would have a king size bed tomorrow. It was too late for us to change. To pack up and move for one day, made no sense. So we stayed and had a less than satisfactory night’s sleep for two nights. The bathroom door did not close……

“A good choice”

“Room was clean. They did have a very good lost&found service. Very impressed.”

“整体舒服”

“The property was great! Not impressed with Bullhead pub,Way too much fragrance in my room, weather it was cleaning supplies or laundry soap, it was terrible, for someone who is sensitive to that.”

“Just renovated, it is spotless.”

“HOTEL ROCK ROCKS! This place is spectacular! Fantastic everything all round. Do it!”

“Oh my goodness, I stayed here for my 50th and it was beautiful. The room was beautiful, the property was well maintained and in the heart of downtown. The staff was amazing, personable, friendly and knowledgeable. Thank for an extra special birthday…”
