“Good ”

“Accesible room very well done. Spacious. Good breakfast.”

“The staff were all very warm and attentive; however, there were very dirty, blood-like stains on the duvet—something I find completely unacceptable.”

“It is off the beaten path. Beautiful view of the sunset!!! Very personal. It was nice to have a human being to greet you at the office. I don't care for properties where there is no one there to greet you and they just leave you a code to get into your room. If I am staying at someone's home or bed and breakfast that is a totally different story. I think maybe they have new owners. None the less, we were very happy with our stay.”

“I chose it based on the ratings and also looked at other places during my visit. I don't know why this store has such a high rating, it's just average.”

“Quiet, clean facilities. Everyone was pleasant and helpful. Plenty of food choices at breakfast and it was well maintained. We always stay here when we visit. This time was particularly memorable because my boyfriend lost his new ring. We were beside ourselves when we got home. After calling the hotel, housekeeping actually found the ring and after several calls and emails, I was able to arrange a UPS pick up. We are delighted and so grateful for their help and support.”

“It’s very clean.”

“We have stayed here a few times and the hotel and staff especially Shannon are so friendly and helpful. The hotel is very well maintained and we have stayed at other Hampton Inns that were not. Even though this hotel is a little further out from where we spend time it is worth the drive. Very clean new hotel right in the center of the Armish area, very charming. Highly recommend”

“Staff is so welcoming and accommodating. Great location in the heart of Intercourse- surrounded by great shopping. Visit here every year and always look forward to our stay here!!!!”

“Very clean, very respectffull staff, except a front desk staff. On my second day I went to the front desk to request extra shampoo and hair conditioning small bottles and the arriving to work, front desk staff said" What do yo want?" I got quiet and I did not respond to her derogatory comment. After giving me 2 of each bottles, she asked me in a professional tone" if I have sufficient shampoo and conditioning? and I told her, Thank you! Her attitud and unprofessional and derogatory demeanor……

“Everything great. If you can updated to soft pillows will be perfect.”
