“The property is in the perfect location. Everything you need on Palafox is walking distance. Room was quiet and peaceful, everything was very comfortable. The beds were great. Kitchen was stocked with everything we needed. The only thing we thought was missing, was a coat rack or hook to hang your hoodie or rain jacket on. I give this stay 4.99 Stars out of five!!”

“My only thing is it said beach view but it wasn't the same one as in the photo. It was to the side. Yeah I still had a view but only half”

“Good location, easy check-in/out, nice screened in porch, pool, water views, washing machine. No pool towels, your given a to do list upon checkout: strip the bed & gather them & all used towels, take out the garbage to the outside cans, do not leave dirty dishes or food. While I agree with not leaving dirty dishes or food I don’t see why I have to strip the bed and take out the garbage. I’m being charged fees so this should be included with that. Lastly, this was a clean unit and property……

“No complaints”

“Communication was great and also everything was super clean and the place was one of the best ones I have ever stayed at”

“The condo was outstanding, couldn’t ask for better view of the beach!! Lindsey was outstanding answered all of our questions and more. The whole process was a breeze. Definitely we would stay again.”

“Property is easily accessible, beautiful location. Advertised as Ocean Front Penthouse Suite Panoramic Views which makes you think you are getting a special upscale place. The property could be something special but cheaply decorated and poorly stocked. No notice of ceiling damage in the hallway leading to our room and a pile of ceiling was in the way which was unsafe when we checked in. The host did come by that and move the pile, and it did get partially cleaned up withing 36 hours. We never……

“Super clean and comfortable place. Perfect 2nd floor location above the pool with a great gulf front view. Close to restaurants and grocery stores”

“Wonderful stay. Beautiful condo with incredible views. 10/10 stay. Shere was very prompt with her responses to all my messages that I sent. The only thing I would suggest to future travelers is to bring extra trash bags and dish soap! We went through the ones that were provided very quickly.”

“Apartment was spotless and well stocked (kitchen utensils, towels, etc.). Location has very convenient beach access. Host was super responsive with any questions I had. Overall, it was a great experience.”

“Check in was very easy and the condo was very conveniently located to the beach.”

“We have stayed in this condo many times because we like the location. The complex is kept clean and the unit is perfect for our family. Parking is a real issue. It is especially bad over a holiday like the 4th of July. We were supposed to have 2 parking spots but there was no parking and no one including the management company could tell us where the overflow lot was. We had to actually pay to park somewhere else a couple of nights. They need to resolve that issue. We had a crawling baby……

“Totally met our expectations. Housekeeping was excellent and the unit was well equipped. We enjoyed every minute and the weather cooperated nicely. ”

“We had an incredible five-day getaway here and couldn’t have been happier with our stay. The condo was extremely clean and well maintained, making it easy to relax from the moment we arrived. The beach was the highlight of the trip. It was easily the cleanest beach I’ve ever visited, and I’ve been to quite a few over the years. The white sand and clear water made it an amazing place to spend each day.A special shout-out to Avery and Ethan, who handled the beach chairs and umbrellas. They were……

“Awesome vacation, great place , highly recommend”

“Communication from The Host was awesome. He was always available and responded quickly. Thanks for that”

“Nice size and everything you need is there! Very clean!”

“Great location! Very close to fort Pickens and peg leg Pete’s. The pool was very big. My kids really enjoyed it. The booking was exact, almost to a fault. Don’t expect to check in not a single minute early. Check in will be exactly at 4 pm. Don’t dare check out late either, they threaten to charge extra money if you are one minute past 10am check out. Wasn’t mad about it. They must run a very tight schedule. Being a local to Pensacola, it’s always been my experience, condos are little……
