“Drinks in the fridge and floor was dirty”

“Friendly staff always helpful. Rooms always clean.”

“Room was comfortable and spacious. Location is amazingly close to everything.”

“Unbeatable Value and Top-Notch Hospitality in Aransas Pass! We had a fantastic experience at Conn Brown Harbor Inn during a quick impromptu weekend trip. The value here is incredible—what we paid for our entire three-day weekend stay was equivalent to what a single night usually costs at a standard hotel. The staff was friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay. Every area of the property was exceptionally clean, including the parking lot, lobby, hallways, and guest rooms. We were……

“We liked the facility. We liked being able to cook our own food in the room. Ironically this led to our only complaint. Another resident across the hall had cooked and burnt some spicy Indian food and it stunk up the whole floor with harsh smoke that left us choking. That’s not the hotels fault but it happened.”

“Never again!”

“Comfortable room, shower needs a new shower head, clogged up but otherwise great hot water! Staff friendly, convenient location”

“Great breakfast”

“Parking was alright. Staff was friendly. The only thing I didn't like was the rooms smelled and looked dirty. Room service was would go in to take dirty towels but wouldn't replace w new towels nor do beds.”

We went back to get it and it was gone. When asking the employees none of them said they saw it. I asked for the camera to be looked at and was told know one could do it till Monday. As of today I still have not heard anything. The employees were not helpful. I do feel it was a certain employee who took it. We will not……

“It’s a get what you pay for. The staff are very nice. We didn’t want to camp on the beach in July. The room was a step above camping.”

“Good location and beautiful views of the pier, I will definitely stay here for next trip to rock port ”
