The only reasons I gave this property a 3 star review is because of how honest and friendly the owners were when we checked in. The room itself was subpar. They were honest about the condition of the room and even offered a modest discount for the AC not working properly and the room being subpar on cleanliness. Great people. Below average stay. We bought a fan to compensate and left early negating the second night.

Rust everywhere. Crack under door allowed critters to come in. AC was great. Bed very comfortable. No ice machine on site but Clerk gave us a bag of sonic ice!
