I stayed in one of the most amazing rooms. I mistakenly booked the honeymoon suite for myself after I fell in love with the view in the online pic. Room was clean and smelled great, bed was comfy and the rain head shower was the absolute best.

Excellent Service and Wonderful Staff! Our stay was absolutely fantastic thanks to the amazing hotel staff. Makyla was friendly, professional, and went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable. Matt was welcoming and efficient, Mercedes kept everything spotless, and the service throughout our stay was exceptional. It’s clear that the staff truly care about their guests. We will definitely be returning and recommending this hotel to others!

Check in was fast and easy. Clerk was very nice and informative. Room was nice, updated, and clean. The only downside was there were no dishes or utensils provided for the kitchenette. Otherwise, we would stay here again and def recommend!

The room was nice and clean. Beds are very firm. The kitchenette was perfect but no pots or pans, but we brought our own to make breakfast. The grounds are dated but well kept. The air conditioner was a bit loud but kept the room nice and cold. Definitely recommend if you’re looking for a budget friendly place. Walking distance to rockport beach.

We decided to rent the honeymoon suite for a last minute anniversary getaway. Check in was easy, the staff was nice. Our room less than ideal, it's the last room on the bottom floor facing the bay and the road. We specifically rented this room for the jacuzzi and not only did the water not get hot AT ALL, the jacuzzi does not work. We called about the hot water, guy said he would send someone but did not. Tried to call back and he wouldn't answer. The bed is extremely uncomfortable. Hard as a rock. It didn't feel safe like a safe location. The door had clearly been busted in, the lock didnt reach. People kept walking in front of our windows. It was far from romantic. The outside hot tub didn't work or have water in it. Dirty towels. Over all very run down. Would not stay ever again or recommend to anyone. We ended up leaving and not staying for a second night.

The property was clean. The rooms were nice. We could walk to Rockport beach. Lots of dining options and about a mile some local shops for souvenirs. Owner was pleasant and we got clean towels daily. Overall experience at the hotel, great. We will be coming back for sure.

I was at the beach for a few hours before I checked in, and when I got to my room I just wanted a nice cool shower. Unfortunately, the hotel had other plans, there was NO cold water, only hot. After my shower I want to warm up my food, but the microwave isn't working, so I call the office from the room phone and it doesn't work. I have to walk down three flights of stairs to let them know, the guy did end up bringing in another microwave, but it took too long and I was hangry, so I went out to eat instead. I'm totally baffled by this great rating. I loved the location and wouldn't mind staying there again, as long as all the problems are fixed

So close to the beach!

We enjoyed being with in walking distance to the beach. The rooms were clean, plenty of towels. The beds have a metal skirting around them that made a loud noise if you bumped them. The ice machine was broken. We booked through hotels.com and got what we requested. We enjoyed the pool. The hot tub was not working. There were shops and restaurants in walking distance. The tables out side in the shade were so nice for us to use to hang out and enjoy the sea breeze. Rooms has a fridge, tv, coffee machine, and hair dryer.

Super clean, super nice, super cold AC, parking no problem. This place reminded me of an old school motel.. The room was up-to-date And very pleasant. Can’t beat the location. It’s across the street from the beach. Very clean outside also. This is a place you could stay without a headache. Just check in go do your thing and have fun and know that when you come back there won’t be a roach waiting for you.
