“No personality from check in staff. Soiled vending area with no operating vending machines. Building itself looked refreshed but lobby needs work to be more welcoming. Room was clean tho spots on carpet. Housekeeping good as bathroom and bedding were spotless. Just stayed one night. Appreciate free pet as we were moving across country. Excellent Chinese restaurant nearby...Tasty Bowl. Best feature : ability to park in front of room.”

“We stayed 1 night while visiting the area. The property’s outside landscaping needs tending to. We had 2 queen beds. One of the sheets had stains on it. There is carpet in the room and it was not clean. You could literally see the debris on the carpet. On top of the standing mirror was a bunch of party streamers from who knows when. The bathroom floor was sticky and had dirt and hair piled into the corners. If they mopped it, clearly it got pushed to the corners. The fridge didn’t keep things……

“Our room was lovely and clean. The breakfast room was well stocked and we were invited to help ourselves to snacks anytime. The staff was helpful and personable. We only had occasion to stay one night, but I wouldn't hesitate to stay again if we had reason to be in the area.”

“This was our 2nd stay there. Both times were lakefront. Cabins 2 the first time a couple of years ago, and cabin 8 this time. Love sitting on the deck watching the wildlife. Bring your chairs to sit out there. Staff very friendly and other guests are always cool too.”

“I didnt like that you had to go outside no matter where you were going, 3ven the lobby. Our floors in our room weren't the cleanest. Our feet were very dirty just from walking around the room for awhile. Shampoo and conditioner were empty. Same with hand soap. The housekeepers definitely dont do a good job.”

“This is a clean hotel that is a good place to stay before heading to Niagara. It was convenient that the washing machine and dryer could be used for free as long as you provided detergent. The staff were also very friendly.”
