"Stayed 3 nights. Two retired men who fish near Burney this time of the year. The Bungalow was very clean and has everything you may want or need. The site makes you feel very secure and the enclosed small boat & trailer parking in the back yard area worked out perfect by not having to bring all your fishing gear into the house each night. You can’t beat the location for access and nearness to food shopping. Great, well supplied kitchen. Highly recommended by us and hope to stay there again."

"From start to finish this trip was amazing. Easy to book and involved host. The cabin was extremely clean with everything you could want or need. Host thought of everything even the items you may have forgotten. Cabin has all the modern tech and internet works as it should! Very close to Burney Falls and within driving distance to several other nature trails and falls. Beds are comfortable. We enjoyed camp fires around the fire pit and relaxing by the fire place after a long day of exploring. Kitchen is fully stocked. We could not have had a better time!"

"I suppose if you’re just spending one night on the way to your final destination, we shouldn’t be so critical BUT! First and foremost, pictures don’t mean a thing. The pictures of the rooms are so totally off from what you see in person!! Again, for the room price, I should be thankful that the bed was comfortable (no bed bugs that I could see) and the room was clean, for the most part. I did sanitize the fridge handle and light switches, they were grody! The room so much smaller than the pictures. When you have to remove a night stand on one side of the bed cuz the wall heater is 2ft from the bed and you take 2 steps to get to the bathroom from the bed, that’s cozy. The rooms are old, the hotel does have an entire new building of rooms on one side of the older section but I guess you have to pay a premium for those. Most of the outlet covers were coming off the walls, the entire bathroom was OLD, the toilet flush handle was so loose and about to come off, I thought it’s totally going to fall on the floor any moment! No, bathtub, just shower. You have no place to put any soap in the shower, it has to be one the floor and only one very tiny bar of soap for sink and shower. So if two had to wash hands, there’s no soap for taking a shower! There was only 1 bath towel, wash cloth, hand towel! I’m sure if we would have asked, they would have accommodated but we should not have had to! The tv did not work and we did ask about that! How did this hotel have an 8 out of 10 rating!!"

"The property is located on 2 acre land with apple trees, a pond, game room and the beautiful terrace home. Deers wonder around the property all day long which was a lovely site for kids and adults equally. The house was cozy and comfy. Nicole had turned on the fire before our arrival that made our arrival and evening stay very comfortable. Nicole was very prompt in answering questions and providing support we needed. The only feedback is that bunk bed bedroom gets very cold at night. It might be helpful to leave a spare heater in that room."

"Me and my siblings and their spouses enjoyed a long weekend catching up with each other at the Albaugh Ranch Guest House. The property is warm and welcoming with everything at hand one can think of to feel right at home."
