"Stayed 3 nights. Two retired men who fish near Burney this time of the year. The Bungalow was very clean and has everything you may want or need. The site makes you feel very secure and the enclosed small boat & trailer parking in the back yard area worked out perfect by not having to bring all your fishing gear into the house each night. You can’t beat the location for access and nearness to food shopping. Great, well supplied kitchen. Highly recommended by us and hope to stay there again."

"We rented for a place to sleep while we spent our days at Burney Falls with our daughter and grandson. Bed and furniture were very comfortable. I’m sure this property needs some renovation but it’s not dirty or smelly. Would stay again"

"We chose this property for its proximity to excellent fishing on Hat Creek / Rising River, as well as numerous outdoor activities in the Burney area. After a day of mountain biking or kayaking, it was a cozy and comfortable place to retire to for the day. "I normally stay in Redding when i fish Hat Creek and the Pit River but stayed up in Fall River Mills this time and glad i did! Millz Manor is affordable, easy to find and one of the coziest hotels I've stayed in to date. Granted, the rooms are small but for a solo traveler (or two people) this place is perfect. Recently updated and the bed was very comfortable. I received an email a couple hours before check in with a code to enter the room and I felt very secure and had no noise from surrounding rooms. I grabbed some take out at the local Mexican Restaurant, La Cochina Michoacana and the food was excellent! I highly recommend this hotel and will be staying there on my next trip!"
