“Room was fine. Staff were courteous, especially in helping with the uncooperative TV! All in all our stay was fine, though basic, although the price was "basic" too! So no complaints.”

“We had an amazing week at the Guest House! The house had everything we needed for a very comfortable stay. Air conditioning, gas fireplace, washer and dryer, big kitchen - everything was great and thoughtfully laid out. Janis and Martin are excellent hosts and told us to let them know if we needed anything. Their dock was well equipped as well with comfortable chairs, tables, umbrellas, etc. Swimming off the dock in crystal clear water was a highlight. Use of the canoe to paddle over to Fossli……

“Lovely peaceful place for retreat. Nice walk down to beach and intertidal areas. Lookout is beautiful. Well taken care of property with all amenities. Would be nice to have larger kitchen but it works for short stay”

“The kitchen was better equipped than my own! Private, quiet - the perfect spot for our quick weekend getaway. Close to everything we needed. The hosts have thought of everything you may need - toys, books dishes for kids, treats for your dog, and even frosted mugs in the freezer. 😀 ”

“Overall a decent hotel. More geared towards family as far as relaxing goes. Not really for a relaxing getaway, could be because it was spring break and the waterslide attracts the kids! ”

“The rooms were very cold. It took quite a bit of time to get the heat at a decent level. Heard everything above us all night. Good place to rest your head, but bring ear plugs”
