“No Children Allowed There was a mix up with our booking and we were informed upon arrival that no kids are allowed due to health reasons of the operators/owners. We have one 8yr old boy. They reluctantly let us stay as it was late, but under conditions that he was to be with an adult at all times and that we needed to monitor noise levels etc. Wanted to make that note here so others would also see as it gets lost in the small print. The place itself was ok. Fitted the need to stay one night in……

“Interesting location in the woods with a nice view to the east. Very helpful owners that keep the accommodations in immaculate condition. Comfortable bed in a quiet and large bedroom.”

“The smell of the room (I've stayed in 2 different rooms here while in town for work) will knock you over when you first walk in (if you're normally a clean person) - it smells like someone's been hiding a year's worth of work socks and underwear under a mattress. The rooms are "generally clean" but I had a look around with my handy dandy UV light in the dark and, yeah, no. The views are underwhelming but we were there to sleep and work - although we did get to enjoy a view into the trailer park……

“We travelled with a softball team, Our room was the best of them all. Though the walls were bulging and the wall paper was coming off the walls and the view from the window was basically a junk yard, it seemed cleanish - we still wore our shoes as this place is OOOOOLD and original carpet I’m sure. We had a shower head and no mold in the bathroom. The other teammates were not so lucky, they had mold and no shower heads. One family had to spend 1.5 hours cleaning their own room because it was so……

“We had a great stay overall. The room was very clean and well maintained. The beach view was beautiful and very relaxing, especially during sunset. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the check-in process was smooth. Parking was also convenient and felt safe. Overall, it was a very comfortable experience and we would definitely consider staying here again.”

“This place is a hidden gem in Port Albernie. This is a updated place with everything you needed. It was nice to have the kitchenette in the suite. We were here for a baseball Provincial over the weekend, it was nice to make our own breakfast and lunch. The staff so kind and nice. They take pride in this place and you can tell. Highly recommend to anyone, great for families.”
