“This hotel is located in quiet area but close to metro station, and there's a tourist information just nearby. Also not far from cable car station Oasis and Sky Costanera, about 20 minutes walk. Most of the staffs are helpful. Room is clean and comfortable. Only the elevator in the hotel is the big problem - when you use the elevator, you need to contact with the room key but it's always not work. If you are lucky the staff will assist, but if you go to the 2nd floor restaurant from your……

“Nós hospedamos pela segunda vez nesse hotel. A estrutura como um todo é muito acolhedora. Atendimento excelente, café da manhã básico mas muito bem elaborado, o quarto estava extremamente limpo e organizado em toda a nossa estadia. O ponto que favorece muito esse hotel é a ótima localização.”

“Very nice experience ”

“Hotel is pretty nice, good location but after service is quite poor I have stayed from 23rd - 26th Dec and have settled the payment in advance. They ask for my credit card for deposit purpose, when I check out they charged me 2 times the room fee without any notice (on 28 Dec) and when I reach out to them via email, no response was made (now considering reaching out on phone but yeah I am not based in Chile you know) Let's see how it goes, probably need to make some calls, bad experience ”

“非常方便的酒店，位于LAS CONDES区，离TOTTUS超市走路只要1分钟路程，走路2分钟就是圣地亚哥最大的MALL城-ARAUCA，那里购物餐厅一应俱全，而且购物中心门口还有市区旅游观光巴士（TOURISTIK），买票在酒店就可以买到。酒店非常干净，房间也大，窗口望出去就是安第斯山脉，早餐也不错。”

“It's not far to go to city center,restaustant food is good”

“It is located at a safe area of the city. The room is of very decent size. Wide selection of food in breakfast. Offers customers two free bottles of water a day. However, nobody opened the door for us after we got out of taxi or offered to help with our luggage until we reached the check-in counter. The hotel and the facilities are also a bit aged. It is a pretty good hotel, but it doesn’t quite match the typical Ritz Carlton standard.”
