"Was an excellent stay "

"We were placed with two rooms in The Cliffs, which have fabulous views. We would have preferred to be below in the main, original property because my husband has mobility challenges and could not manage the 100 (!) steps down to the main property. Although they have a shuttle, there are sometimes very long waits for it and this was frustrating."

"Very clean and perfect for a family of 5 which can be hard to find. "

"Hotel was nice, beautiful views. If you don’t want do use a lot of steps, both to your room and around the property, don’t stay here. I assume a lot of Sedona properties are like this due to the terrain, but if you prefer less steps, I’m sure there are properties that can provide that as well. "

"Room was clean. There was a smokey smell in the room, but better once we opened the windows and turned on the fan for a bit. Hallway also had an odor. Staff was very friendly."

"The only negative I would have is the rooms need an update. Our mattress was so bad I felt like I had a spring in my back. "

"My family stayed there for three nights and it was great. It was very quiet and the room was clean and everything worked without issue. There was 1 king bed and 2 pull out couches so there was plenty of room for the five of us. Would definitely stay here again."

"The perfect location for a Sedona trip. We had two children 13 and 9. Booked a rim view amd it exceeded our expectations. The staff was friendly and the cleaning service took care of kitchenette. We were able to do the airport mesa hike from our room. The balcony was picture picture and we filled in the must sees with a jeep tour. Will be back! "
