“Great location to all the places we wanted to visit (Williams, Sedona, Flagstaff) and easy to find. The house was clean, great water pressure, and the extra amenities were a nice touch. A few of the dishes were dirty but put away in drawers and cabinets so we just ran a full load in the dishwasher to make sure everything was clean. There wasn't enough hot water for 4 adults to shower at the same time of day (AM or PM) so we had to schedule showers but not a big deal. Also wish there were a few……

We were there for only two days on a road trip from Phoenix to Seattle but it really wonderful. "The toilet in our room is almost not working, the shower head is leaking, and the soundproofing is very poor. We were also assigned a room next to the laundry room, and the noise from the machines made it impossible for my family to sleep after a full day of driving. When I went to the front desk to ask if it would be possible to change rooms if one became available, the male staff member was very impatient and his attitude made us feel very uncomfortable during our stay."
