The good: Rooms are great. People at the front desk are nice. Security (who check us in late at night) was awesome. The bad: Really far from everything. If you stay for more than two days and you need toilet paper, better go get some yourself, we waited over 3 hours for the first roll refill (only one roll brought) We call again the next day, Another roll around 2 hours after we call in the morning. I went to walmart for a six pack in 1hour or so, way faster than them. I really didn't appreciate this part. Then the other part that I didn't appreciate with kids is that they sent the cleaning crew to peak on your windows since 8:30 or so (that is when I realized they were peaking) on checkout day. They keep coming every 20-30 minutes and picking on your windows. Even when the windows are closed you can still see through the sides. I had to talk to two of the cleaning people to stop peaking. Every time they sent someone else the next time. The check out is really strict, $50 per first 30 minutes late check out? $100 after that per each hour? What! We didn't have to late checkout but for someone with kids, we know this is a bad thing most of the time.

The size of the space was great and we appreciated that the restroom had two exhaust fans, one for the shower steam/moisture and one for the toilet, as all hotels should. Also appreciated a well stocked kitchenette. Thank you. A few things can be improved. 1) Be sure to always dust all areas, especially headboards. 2) Fridge door compartment was broken. 3) main door should have an extra lock. 4) the connecting room door should also have an extra lock.

Loved this property. We cooked Thanksgiving dinner. The kitchen was spacious and well stocked with dishes, glasses, pots, pans and utensils. The dining area had a large table. All around it worked perfectly for us!

We had a beautiful experience staying at this resort. Very nice location, 20 min from Sedona. Close to stores and restaurants. Its very clean and peaceful. We stayed in a 1 bedroom and we loved it. We will definitely stay here next time when we visit Sedona.
