“We stay at this motel whenever we visit my mom in Enumclaw. It is generally just OK, but it's the only game in town as far as we know. This morning we went down for the "continental breakfast" at about 9:00 AM. There is a waffle making machine, however the waffle batter was empty, so I asked at the front desk to replenish it and was told, "Oh yeah, we're out, sorry." The staff was nice about it, but this is not the first time that some food item or items was either in short supply or not……

"Staff service and attidue are great. Remarkable ones are Ms. Sci of the Elevation Lounge, Ms.Lou and Katy at the reception, and Mr. Lazzar at the Bell service. They are helpful and nice. The room in general is good. Yet, it will be helpful if a notice could be posted in the corridor to remind people to lower the voice when talking so as to minimise disruption to other customers especially early in the morning or late night."
