"The perfect property for our family to gather and celebrate our daughter's graduation from Keene State College. Plenty of space for eleven of us and our dog loved seeng all the animals next door! It is also close to restaurants and stores and the college was only 25 minutes away. Wayne was the ultimate host!"

"We found the property as advertised. It was plenty big for our group. The location was very quiet. It's not right in the middle of anything, but it's within 10-15 min to Peterborough or Keene. Only 5 min to the Dublin General Store. Brie was easy to work with. She was responsive whenever we needed to communicate. She even left us some breakfast stuff because she knew we were arriving late."

"We were the commercial- 4 friends needed a place to stay before a retreat in Hancock , NH. This spacious, immaculately clean 4 bedroom, 2 bath (actually 2apartments) was just what we needed! Comfortable couches and beds, beautiful appliances, and a before bed hot tub! It was perfect for our needs. Host was immediately available for a minor issue. Appreciated the great renovation of this old farmhouse and the labelling of all drawers and light switches."

The futon was so comfortable. Rebecca provided extra blankets just in case and made sure to give us clear instructions on how to operate the hot tub and how to leave the place."

The location is quiet with a sunny stunning overlook of a open fields-a bird preserve-to a pond with nearby mountains. The house in beautifully designed for shared space but also provides privacy. Simple elegant furnishings plus kayaks & paddles. It could not be more perfect. I’ll come Back with friends for a vacation or alone to work/hike/paddle."

"The Penthouse was a great place to rent for our family get-together. The owners live nearby and are very responsive to any issues that may arise, and indeed promptly addressed questions and any issues that we had. It was a great vacation place for us (other family members rented other houses on the property from the same owner so we were able to get together and have plenty of room). The lake is perfect -- clean and beautiful, and we made the most out of boating and kayaking activities there."

"We rented Sean’s place for overflow guests at a weekend celebration and they raved about everything. The house is beautiful, super comfortable, spotless, and well-appointed without being at all cluttered. They were thrilled with the thoughtful coffee selection for the Keurig and were impressed with the tools and appliances in the kitchen since they had some cooking to do for the parties at our house. All in all a very relaxing and pleasant stay. One note: the house was clearly recently built,...

"We were visiting relatives and found Hickory Hill a really wonderful place to stay, both comfortable and pleasant. It is a working kennel so there were occasional barks but was very quiet at night- you can see both sunrise and sunset from the deck. The area has dark skies so the stars are really clear ... big improvement for us city folks. Very glad they board people in addition to pups! :)"

"We absolutely loved the privacy and seclusion of the property. Everything was clean and tidy, minus some trash that was left around the firepit, presumably from a previous guest, that we cleaned up. The kitchen was well stocked with cooking tools and the bathroom was just big enough. Guests should take note though that the shower was definitely a tight fit for my 6'1" husband and the furniture was also a struggle for him. One of the beds was only about 4 inches off the ground and the seating was...

"Linda was wonderful in her review of the property and was very accommodating in all aspects of our stay. The cottage was well equipped and very comfortable including the mattress. We enjoyed the lake and a little fishing. The area is very nice and we did some exploring. It was very quiet and we rarely even saw anyone while we were on the lake. We hope to return in the spring or summer. Many thanks to Linda and Brad"
