"We stayed at Krystal Grand Nuevo Vallarta for 6 nights and 7 days, and it was one of the most disappointing all-inclusive experiences we’ve had. We booked an ocean view room, but the view was barely an ocean view. Our room phone was broken the entire stay, and despite reporting it, it was never fixed. The food was the biggest letdown. "Property y and staff were wonderful. Rooms were clean and refreshing. The hacienda where the buffet was, was clean, and staff was exceptional and buffet was replenish shed endlessly. Overall, this was our 20th stay at samba and we continue to come back because the staff will do anything to make your experience the best it can be!!!!!"

"To start with, when booking this stay we were not aware that this room was actually located at Villa La Estancia. Why was this called Beachside Escape? The room was nice but the balcony was shared with the larger unit next door. We were not aware of this and felt awkward using this space. We also felt that it could be a security risk.
