"This hotel was fantastic! We were really able to relax and do nothing for a few days. Highly recommend! I do have couple of complaints. Apparently the beach in front of the hotel has had crocodiles and the front desk did not let us know. There are also no signs. Another guest told us they had removed 2 the day before we arrived. "We stayed at Krystal Grand Nuevo Vallarta for 6 nights and 7 days, and it was one of the most disappointing all-inclusive experiences we’ve had. "Property y and staff were wonderful. Rooms were clean and refreshing. The hacienda where the buffet was, was clean, and staff was exceptional and buffet was replenish shed endlessly. "To start with, when booking this stay we were not aware that this room was actually located at Villa La Estancia. Why was this called Beachside Escape? The room was nice but the balcony was shared with the larger unit next door. We were not aware of this and felt awkward using this space. We also felt that it could be a security risk.
