Amazing little Gem !! we all loved it we will be back

Had an amazing stay at Casa Cupula with my husband in January 2026. The whole place was beautiful, well maintained and interesting to explore. We stayed on the garden level and loved the access to lower-level pool. Staff was all great and attentive, including at the pool club (which hotel guests have free access to). Didn’t want to leave :( Will definitely return again!

This was are second trip to the resort. We last stayed in January of 2023. The good very clean, food was amazing, nice staff, improvements being made to the resort including adding another tower. The bad no chairs available by the pools or beach after 9:45am, beach area very small, short staff which made wait times longer, being sold as a family resort personally feel that it is set up for couples. Based on cost to stay and how busy we will not be making a third trip back to the resort.

Staff was excellent for the 3rd year in a row for us. Great place with great facilities but the staff is what does it for us! Pool side service and the kids club instructors were awesome! Thanks to all the staff but special thanks to Sergio for amazing pool side service and Jennifer at Kids Club for her kindness and patience with all the activities she did with our son and the other kids!

Clean, quiet, great staff, good restaurant and bar, good prices.
