Loved the view and the deck area. The neighborhood was a dirty area, garbage all over and dog poop as well. With the exception of two or three the staff was very helpful.

Older outdated resort, however, best beachfront and pool in the area. Despite being outdated, is very clean and comfortable. The only negative is the pushy “timeshare” lady upon check in- we wanted to get to our room and we were prevented from doing so until we sat down and heard her spiel. When I told her we were not interested in attending the actual presentation she became very irritated and rude, condescending. It was a horrible start to our 2 week stay. Everything after that was perfect.

Carmen, Pasqual and team were a pleasure to work with! They made every component of my stay amazing and were there to help with every detail. The team of chefs did an awesome job of showing me a taste of Puerto Vallarta. The villa is beautiful!!!! I was pleasantly surprised at how spacious and well laid out the penthouse was. You have to see it to believe it. The views!!!!!!!!!!!!!!I have recommended this location to so many since my visit and will definitely be back!!! Thanks to the entire Villa Divina team!!!

The Staff is amazingly friendly and helpful. The hotel can be a private beach jungle dream. Restaurants are outstanding, and the silence and privacy takes the win over any big resort. Definitely going back.
