Got caught in the cartel chaos. The resort could not have been more accommodating and helpful. They extended our stay at a very reasonable rate. Extremely clean and well run property. Food was great and staff went above and beyond. Special thanks to Sandra in the Chipotle Buffet.

This is a very impressive hotel on first look. It is modern and well designed. I think that the most expensive rooms are quite well laid out. The smaller less expensive rooms…. Which are still expensive within the San Pancho market… are quite small and lack the creature comforts that one expects ...

When we arrived there was a little mix up on the room. The staff went above and beyond to remedy the issue right away. The room was incredibly clean and well equipped. Loved the Town. The hotel needs updating. The rooms were very moldy smelling. We changed our room so we looked at about five of them and they all had an odor. I am very allergic to mold and now have bronchitis. It is sad because it was nice place.
San Pancho is perfect just the way it is. Hope it never grows.
The hotel is rustic with no hot water. The outer doors don’t close properly so the mosquitos were able to get in. The local Mexican staff were lovely however the management of the hotel were not welcoming. I will not return to this hotel.
Go to Taza de la Casa for breakfast! Walk the streets, enjoy the colorful culture!
San Pancho is beautiful, the locals are friendly and the food options are amazing.
