“The staff was nice, the facilities were clean, but breakfast was disappointing. I had to hunt for utensils; they ran out of spoons, there were no scrambled eggs, and the biscuits and gravy ran out. All that was left was dry cereal and one bagel. We paid extra to upgrade to a handicapped room, but the shower was not handicapped accessible. The beds were 3 ft high, making it impossible for my wife to gain access. I had to think creatively with a dining chair so she could. The ice machine ran out……

“Experience was good for single male. Reservation, check-in were excellent. Location was good just off I71. A/C was excellent. Room was clean but we'll used with some visible mold in bath area. Floor needed to be replaced. Breakfast was basically non existent. Coffee, pastry and banana.”

“The property was within driving range for our planned activities. Our problem had to do with the family above us. There were 3 children that stomped or marched from 6:15 am to 11:00 pm. Multiple visits to the room was made by the staff, nothing helped.”
