“Clean, comfortable and great staff.”

“Breakfast was excellent. Staff very friendly & helpful. Loved the walk-in shower.”

“Very nice place. Really thought the lady checking me in the night before was super nice.”

“First of all the staff were nice. The room however was not as clean as it could be. Refrigerator had stuff spilled in it. Coffee maker did not look clean and the tray with the coffee and tea had an empty tea wrapper so I am sure they did not wipe down the tray or check it. The sheets and towels looked clean but the bed spreads had some staining. TV kept freezing up when watching a show. Maintenance came to try and re-set but it still persisted. My daughter finally got it to work and it……

“Very beautiful old hotel, well maintained. Several lights in the room didn’t work. Tub/ shower very dangerous for a short, older person to use. Towels were on a very high shelf.”

“Clean, maintained budget friendly. Not for you if looking for modern updated decor.”

“Loved the spacious apartment style - easy to relax in one space while others slept in. Beds were comfy, temperature was perfect even during an Iowa heatwave. Kitchen was well stocked for cooking. (coffee in the cupboard!) Off street parking was a really nice perk. We will definitely be back! Almost forgot! The Koreana Japanese restaurant downstairs - perfect for a late night snack! 😋 (Along with beers from Pulpit Rock & Topling)”
