"The person at the front desk was awesome. I had forgotten there is not an elevator to the second floor. My husband and I were arguing at the bottom of the stairwell about who was going to carry our 5 pieces of luggage. Since he is 91 I did not want him to carry them up and he did not want me to carry them. The young woman at the desk apparently overheard us and offered the last room on first floor, a handicapped room. That was perfect for us! Finally we had a room with adequate electrical outlets, the water pressure was great, there was a bench to sit on in the bathroom, and the room was clean. Thank you!"
