“First and foremost, the host was absolutely wonderful. Easy to contact. Even offered a safe location for some bad storms that were coming. The location was great. Easy to get where I needed in a beautiful location. I was there alone and felt safe. It is a triplex so you’re able to hear one of the neighbors easily. But I would recommend this place over and over! The layout and decor was so nice, also. 10/10.”

“I ended up shortening my stay from a whole month to 5 days. I would have tried to get out of it sooner if I had another option. The entire apartment was covered in a layer of dust and dirt. There was food caked on the cooking utensils, there were sticky traps on top of the cabinet filled with centipedes, there were stains on the couch, 80% of the light bulbs were burnt out, and the entire place smelled like musty menthol. I could go on. The only redeeming quality was that the management company……

“The property was spacious and had alot of potential. Needs a good freshening. Carpet areas need cleaned. Don't use stained sheets. Needs all new bedding, new towels,a good cleaning in areas such as ceiling fans and places that aren't so obvious. Needs new mattresses. It was like sleeping on a sponge on the floor. New pillows and comforters. Put a king bed in the master suite, not a full size. Throw out the old furniture that is falling apart. I'm not a picky person but little things like this……
