“Wonderful and spacious rooms, fantastic location, friendly and helpful staff”

“I was grateful to the staff for a late 2am arrival, was able to get the keys with no staff on-site, got our room. Had a comfortable safe stay. The barrel sauna is great, the indoor pool was good, the continental breakfast was simple. Great coffee machine, convenient location. Overall, awesome stay. Would definitely recommend to others, price of room very reasonable. Thank you Vienna Hotel!!”

“The entire place smelled like marijuana, cigarette smoke, or fragrance to try and cover up the other smells. They are using the hotel for over flow of section 8 housing so there are homeless people all around the property and in the hotel. There were people doing drugs outside the hotel and no staff member did anything about it. I did not stay and asked for a refund where the staff was very dismissive. I ended up getting a refund from Expedia. I would not recommend this facility and do not……
