“Had to be given the hotel master key to open my hotel room, was then unable to leave anything in hotel room because other guests had to use master key for there room as well, hotel was under construction missing flooring, room smelt like mold, I ended up leaving nothing in the hotel room and rarely using it to sleep, I believe I deserve a refund for lack of amenities”

“I made reservations via Expedia. When I arrived there (about 6 pm ) the door was locked tight. Called them and got a recording which said to leave a message. I did so with no response. “First off, the staff at the desk were amazing. We had to last minute book for an additional day, the day before our reservations, and the staff was super helpful and got our entire stay moved to another room of the same tier. Spoke to multiple desk staff associates during our stay, and they were all helpful and professional.
