“Kristy is a wonderful host! We had some big storms come in on our first two nights and she communicated wonderfully to check in on us.There was fresh fruit available and it made it easier to come in and rest before we went out for groceries. Among a few other wonderful setups that just made staying more enjoyable.My family loved the open concept! It was way better than all of us staying at a hotel, because we had the chance to spend extra time together (one relative flew in from Canada!). Board……

“We LOVED staying at this property while we were in town to see grandkids play soccer. Quiet neighborhood - felt safe and enjoyed hearing the birds in woods nearby. House is decorated with modern and costal themes - so cute. Couch is so comfy and great for stretching out on. The bed had nice linens, extra pillows. Tower fan available - great for those that prefer white noise when sleeping - like us. New room darkening curtains in living room and bedrooms. Washer and dryer so convenient for those……

“House was great and the host provided everything plus more that you would need. Being on the river provided a great place to just sit and relax. Our kids loved the extras like the arcade area and massage chair. ”

“The place was perfect for our family. The view was amazing and we loved watching the beautiful horses running in the pasture. We would definitely go back there again. ”

“The bathroom downstairs toilet leaked, the floor was wet the entire time. The ceiling downstairs was leaking, we had to have towels down almost the entire time. The house was NOT CLEANED. I had to spend two hours cleaning it after arriving. There was a dead rat in the kitchen sink drain. We had to sleep with the rancid smell the first night. Owners sent a maintenance man who got half of the rat out of the sink and left. My husband had to open the sink and drain and get the other half. ……

“The place was warm and cozy despite sub-zero temps outside. I didn't require a lot, but everything I needed was provided (coffee pot, fridge, and microwave). The newly improved bathroom was lovely, great shower space! Would love to visit again when it's not so cold. Seems like a nice neighborhood to take a walk and stretch my legs. ”
