“I had an extremely disappointing experience at this hotel and would definitely not recommend it. The front desk service was terrible. The check-in process took an unreasonable amount of time because the staff focused heavily on training a new employee while completely ignoring the long wait time for guests. It felt very unprofessional and disrespectful of customers’ time. The room itself had multiple serious issues. The air conditioning was not working at all. When I reported it to reception,……

“Checking in was a frustrating experience. The instructions provided beforehand were far too general, leaving us stuck outside when we arrived. We had to make multiple attempts to contact the host just to get into the building, despite arriving well within the designated check-in window. After waiting outside for a while, the host finally emailed the actual instructions. The place itself was fine, but the arrival process definitely needs to be streamlined.”

I contacted the host the day before check in and asked if everything was ok and when we will get the check in details . The host relied that we will get the details nearer the time .
