Bailly-Romainvilliers Castle Hotels

"When we arrived, 8pm, there was only one person working the check-in and there were 8 people in line plus a full bus load of tourists(60 min) also in line for their room. Luckily the tour guide was able to assign keys to all those tourists but it took 45min in line to get to the poor woman at the desk. Nobody came to help her. She did give me two beverage vouchers at the restaurant for my patience. The rooms are very well noise insolated so quiet but very very warm (23degrees Celcius). We couldn’t open the window as it needed a special key, the AC was off as for their conservation policy (that was their answer though they have a pool and hot tub). They did eventually bring a fan after two reminders (60min). I would never stay there again but it was close to airport."

"Stayed there one night before an early flight and enjoyed the stay. It was quiet, there was a bath tub which made my mom very happy and it was very clean. Beds were comfy too! "

"The hotel reception and breakfast room are lovely, very welcoming, breakfast was ok, the staff were very nice, our room was cleaned and bed was changed every day, but the room is very dated,small and really needs redecorating, having a small kitchen with hob, microwave fridge, and kettle was a bonus "

"Lovely vibrant hotel. My husband and I stayed here with our son (wheelchair user) for 1 night. The location is really good - there are a lot of things to do nearby, we stayed here before we started our stay at Disney. The room was lovely and spacious and the décor is very modern, there is a car park with electric charging facilities and can access the hotel. I would suggest that a postcode/location is given to the car park entrance as it was a little confusing with the one way roads, to get to the hotel car park. The only other frustration that we had was that in the morning, the lift is very busy - we were trying to get from our floor (2nd floor) to the ground floor for breakfast and to check out - but the lift was completely full as it's coming from higher floors. My son and I (he is in a wheelchair) waited whilst 4 lifts came to floor 2 all full and in the end we had to ask the guests to take the stairs so we could get in the lift. Although the hotel does say its accessible and does state that they do not have rooms on the ground floor, they should just have a way for any wheelchair users to take priority within the lift, so for example, the wheelchair user could be placed on the highest floor so that when they enter the lift they would be first - however in case of emergency this wouldn't be ideal. Or there could be another lift that can be used and only accessed with a certain key card? Staff were very friendly too :)"

"Wonderful breakfast buffet with a large variety of foods. We also had a great dinner there. Rooms were a good size and large bathroom with shower and tub."
