"The pictures for this property are very misleading. The place is very outdated and there’s a horrible smell that comes from the shower. On day of checkin I was sent an email outside of the hotels.com site asking for a deposit even though my booking was paid up front. It was a little bit sketchy. Then trying to find the location was very confusing as there were several gates and doors each with their own access codes. Very difficult to navigate when you arrive after sunset. "I got in late so needed to eat, the “restaurant “ is basically snacks not meals. Only pizza and snacks were available. Very disappointing. It was fine but I chose not to stop at a restaurant on the way because I thought the hotel had one. They should relabel it. "
