"I am contacting the hotel directly to submit for at the very least partial reimbursement of my stay. I was put in a room that was, by all accounts, decaying. There was so much torn wallpaper, rust and decaying metal around the air conditioning unit, mold and rotting wood in the bathroom, etc. I asked to move to a new room immediately, and was told they were fully committed but that they could move me the following day (day 2 of my 3-night stay). I was indeed moved, and the room was no better. The exact same in size, only the mold problem was more significant. If they cannot keep the rooms in manageable condition, they need to close for renovation. This was unacceptable. "

"The property it self was clean , once I walked into Sheraton I thought everything was great the staff were telling us we get a $35 every night we stay we can use it at the bar , Starbucks , or there restaurant we’ll let me tell you they didn’t tell us Starbucks was in the hotel there communication wasn’t great maybe because they saw me and my boyfriend young not sure happens a lot to us , second night we get back to freshen up at our hotel and the tv was turning on and off I called guest services they quickly called Cesar for us let me tell you Cesar was Great he was so kind and kept saying sorry for the inconvenience he quickly moved us room mind you he was just the guy who service the tv and stuff we went down stair talked to some guy and I told him if he can do anything for that inconvenience we payed lots of money to stay at Sheraton top floor sky view floor 49 and he said no that the house keepers are in charge of the TV I thought that was ridiculous I wasn’t there to argue with him it was our first time in New York so I let him be , I loved New York but I would never stay at Sheraton again let me tell you it’s not Marriott experience ! "

"We were only here for one night. It is in a great location. The room was spacious enough for three people with two queen beds. Bathroom was larger than expected. Everything worked and was clean. Free water bottles available. Staff at check in desk were kind and helpful. I can't think of anything that wasn't good!"

"My stay was comfortable and enjoyable from start to finish. The staff were welcoming, professional, and made the check-in process quick and easy. The room was clean, modern, and well maintained, which made it easy to relax after a long day. The location is also very convenient, especially if you’re exploring Flushing. There are plenty of great restaurants, shops, and transportation options nearby. I also appreciated how quiet and comfortable the hotel felt despite being in a busy area."

"Hotel is just ok. No door help, have to take a slow elevator to the lobby, then another elevator to your room. Lobby was super crowded and chaotic at check-in and check-out. Staff was ok but not super friendly. They had rooms ready but charge $75 for early check-in regardless. Room was small and dark with very little light, terrible bathroom lighting, not a lot of extra towels. No hair dryer had to call for one. Fire drill performed during the day with very little warning. Alarms blared so loud for 15 min and elevators were shut down. Had to take the stairs but it was a maze of hallways to get to the lobby. Night manager was rude when we asked about using our hotels.com credit for room service since one of us was sick and could go not to the restaurant. Was told no we can’t use our credit unless we eat there no exceptions. Location was ok next to Neil Simon theater where we saw MJ which was fantastic and was the bright spot of our stay. Would not recommend."
