“The room is well equipped and clean. Great lake view. Like the breakfast, too.”

“I enjoyed my stay. However, my room and bed smelled of dogs. I always bring Lysol and air fresheners. It made it tolerable but really hard to miss the smell.”

“Quiet. Comfortable bed. Hot shower. Good breakfast. Friendly staff. Only negative - evidence of water damage and suspected mold in the room. Looked to be due to leaky appliance. I’m sure it’s being remediated.”

“The hotel room was clean and comfortable. The staff was very nice and welcoming. I especially enjoyed talking with Mrs. Sandra, who works in the kitchen. She was so helpful and she was a sweetheart. This was my second time staying here for Jackson State's homecoming. I'll be back next year. Same time, same place! Thank you”

“The hotel overall needs attention as things are worn. Overall it was ok but not as pristine as most Holiday Inn Express.”
