The AC vents on the outside are falling off the building at the room windows, the AC unit in the room couldn’t get the room below 74 until I brought in a large stand up fan, my door would barely open - had to shoulder shove it open every time until finally I couldn’t get in at all. The guy at the desk couldn’t shove it open either so the manager undrilled the handle to flip it over so you had to pull up instead of push down. What was most……

“Our stay was for 3 days and 2 nights. We initially checked into the Fort Worth–Burleson location and were assigned Room 223. The room had a very strong mold-like odor. When we asked to change rooms, the front desk told us they were fully booked and that it was up to me to cancel and find another hotel. I called customer service and spent over an hour on the phone before a supervisor found us a room at the Mansfield location. We packed everything, loaded the car, and drove to the second hotel,……
