“I had a terrible experience when fire ants crawled into my bed and onto my nightstand. When I called the front desk to report the incident, the manager was unapologetic and acted as if I was lying. However, they eventually came to my room and still even seeing the Ants not one I’m sorry”

“We began our stay with Soma Hotel quite nicely. On the first evening though our AC U it quit working so the temps got quite warm throughout the night. I called and a staff member switched us to another unit of which we are so thankful. The second evening some guests from the adjoining unit got into a disagreement and proceeded to yell and slam doors. They evidently broke the gate which became I useable for the rest of the week. The electrical units by the floating nightstands also were……

“The disinfectant odor was unpleasantly strong and there was a concerning note about the elevator not working if a button was pushed too hard, so we took the stairs.”

“Our room was large and well furnished. The A/C did not work well during the night but was better in the morning. Enjoyed the large tub with jets. Breakfast was adequate but lacked items that are usually found at a hotel comparable to this one. Staff was helpful. It was at a good location for getting around town.”
