“A mi me gusta hospedarme en el Hampton esta vez quise probar el servicio de este hotel y sinceramente no me gusto, una de las camas tenia un hueco el colchon te acostabas y estabas en un hoyo, terriblemente incomodo, las almohadas super incomodas y delgadas, no ponen agua, muy tardado el check inn, no fue una agradable experiencia habitación 402 regresaria? No, seguire hospedandome en el Hampton sin dudarlo.”

“Five stars for finding a creative way to make a loyal customer never want to come back. I’ve been a repeat customer of this establishment for years. Every time I come into town, I’ve made a point of staying here. Clearly, I was under the impression that being a loyal, paying customer meant something. Apparently, I was mistaken. I booked and paid for my room through Expedia, where the reservation was advertised as having all fees included. Then I arrived and was greeted with the delightful……
