“For the value it was a good stay since we just needed a place to sleep for the night. The swimming pool look inviting but dinner went late and we didn't have a chance to jump in. The AC worked great in this summer heat.”

“Guy was super rude and didn’t give me my room I reserved a week prior because he didn’t want to clean the room!”

“I booked a hotel room for three days - Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. However, when I returned to my room on Sunday, I was shocked to find that the hotel staff had canceled my reservation and were insisting that I had only paid for two days. After a lengthy and frustrating 30-minute discussion with the staff, I was finally allowed back into my room. To my surprise, I later discovered an additional charge on my credit card for the same three-day period.”

“Staff is rude and not helpful. Keys would fail constantly causing us to go and get them redone. Room smelled horrible and furniture was all in bad shape. Couldn’t adjust TV because it feels like it’s about fall off the wall. Bed was uncomfortable and they would not let us have more pillows (the ones we had were very flat). It was some of the worst sleep I’ve ever had.”

“Room 102 water pressure was super messed up. Just a heads up for owners”

“Showerhead very dirty We bought CLR and cleaned it and it still did not work. Great barely any water barely any pressure Shower curtain mold everywhere TV must’ve been dropped. It had lines and discolored. Pillows were hard and old Mattress was visibly bowed There was no a do not disturb sign or no housekeeping sign Housekeeping asked for Old and said 30 minutes before I can get clean towels No one cleaned our room or Ed even took out our trash. They just brought clean towels and that’s all.”
