The sofa in the living room was very uncomfortable (seemed to be missing a leg, and the frame was broken-you sink in one section and sit on a board in another). There were no towel racks in the master bath, so we had nowhere to hang our wet towels for reuse. Jenni was good about communication and addressed any issues we had. The location was not great but okay. ”
