The appliances work excellent. The grill is great. Ability to walk less than 100yds to a large pool, and a walk across the street to let my kids fish! (Caught a catfish). "Great location to get away from the hustle and bustle of city life. Enjoyed a 3 day weekend with my family of four, my sister's family of four and our Mom and Dad. There was enough space for everyone to get a good nights rest. Great location for fishing off the dock and to dock the boat. Glad we brought all our groceries with us and grill. Rain didn't stop us from fishing and cooking outside!"

"The lake house is one of a kind. With decks on each level, we enjoyed sitting outside visiting and enjoying the scenery. The cabin was impeccably clean, beautifully decorated and well stocked to prepare meals if you choose. The host communicated well and was responsive to any questions we had before and during the visit. "Traveling to South Texas we needed an overnight place to stay. We booked "The Hive" and are so glad we did! The place was spotless, had covered parking (that came in handy with the overnight storms), a huge fenced backyard for privacy, a king bed with one of the most comfortable mattresses and pillows ever, and great communication with the property owners! There is only one other house on the block and nothing worth seeing out front, but the back is where it's at with a big open space of nothing...
