“Beautiful and peaceful setting, so restful. I lived the creek and all the outdoor seating. The property owner was very nice and welcoming. The yurt was a unique experience and it was cozy and beautiful. The soaking tub was luxurious. The only hard thing was that it is a little far from the main house and the bathroom facilities. Also, it was noisy from the traffic, but thank goodness they provided earplugs. It’s very convenient and close to downtown Nevada City.”

“Quiet stay with convenient parking, but needs deep cleaning and better maintenance. I stayed here for 2 nights and had a mixed experience. On the positive side, the hotel is very quiet, which made for a peaceful night's rest, and the parking lot was great and convenient. The location is also very practical, with a few fast-food options and a grocery store nearby which made grabbing quick meals and essentials easy. However, the cleanliness and maintenance definitely need improvement, especially……

“Overall, this was a great little home base to explore the areas of Grass Valley and Nevada City. It was perfect walking distance to pretty much everything in downtown Grass Valley, including shops and restaurants. The area seemed safe, clean, and the neighbors were friendly with us. We loved how the Treetop Loft included a kitchen, laundry, and beyond. That seems perfect for people that like to be outdoors or if you wanted to cook to save some money.
