“We ranged in age from 2 to 50. There was plenty to do for all age groups, including teenagers. The communication was fantastic! We had a fire with s'mores, plenty of fun in the pool, the grill was perfect but our favorites were the sauna with outdoor shower and hot tub below! Definitely recommend this home for a group, lots of places to scatter. Be mindful there are multiple levels to use in the home which means lots of steps that are necessary to enjoy the space. One suggestion....add some...

“Lovely property and clean, open and airy home. Saw 2 bears (possibly or the same bear two times), a bald eagle and lots of deer. Relaxing vacation spot!”

“Quintessential Poconos property with woods and deer grazing nearby. The roomy pool was DIVINE! It's heated to the perfect temp, not a chill to get in. We had fun shooting pool...and there are so many activities - foosball table, air hocky, games. A large and nicely appointed kitchen. Comfortable beds. So relaxing and low key! It would be a great place in the winter too if you come to ski in the area. temp and not a chill to get in”

“House was very clean and in a great location. Well stocked. Very comfortable. Owner was absolutely fantastic. We had a couple things come up and he took care of them immediately. Very nice community. I would defintely recomend this house to other families.”

“Stayed for a weekend getaway in July. Wonderful pools in the complex, great location to explore Bushkill falls or Delaware water gap. My teen/pre teen enjoyed the pool table and game room. The grown ups enjoyed the lovely nature view in the 3 season room. The host was very responsive.”

“My family and I had a wonderful stay at your mountain house which was exactly as pictured, but even better. There are three levels to the house and each is spacious and inviting. Everything was clean and all the essentials were supplied, including towels for the hot tub. Each room was large and the beds were comfortable. There were three areas to relax, the main living room, the side room (next to the fun game room) and the basement. There were two kitchens also! The sauna and steam room...

“Our family of 4 really enjoyed our 8-night stay at this property. It was very clean & welcoming. The host provided all of the necessities, including linens, and even a thoughtful snack basket for our stay. Kitchen was well stocked & made our meals easy. Lots of activities right at the house: mini golf, games, and game room were hits with our crew. Host was easily accessible but not intrusive at all. We would definitely recommend a stay.”

“Had a fantastic time on a weekend getaway. Beautiful scenic property with fresh air, a starry night sky with a heavenly creek below. The view overlooking the mountain trees is beautiful with the sound of the melodic stream running below. House was very comfortable with amenities and supplies, though the beauty of the outdoors was so breathtaking we found we didnt much need many of the provisions (games, books, tv). Would love to visit again.”

“Lovely property surrounded by woods. Lots of neighbors, but nicely spaced out. We hiked, and then enjoyed the hot tub in the evening. ”

“House 1 flight down from street level. Outdoor deck is a flight of stairs down (wary if you have little kids)Kayaks another 4 more flights down. didnt use them, but looked fun. Jetty quite high to launch kayaks.House was clean, uncluttered and modernly furnished. Communication was excellent, and owner let us stay extra 1.5 hrs.”

“We booked this house with extended family for a wedding we were attending. House was very clean. Lots of rooms and bathrooms. Wish we could have stayed longer to enjoy the fire pit, back porch and beautiful fall trees. House is also a short drive to stores, gas etc. Multiple kitchens make it great for large families. ”
