Jose was very welcoming, constantly kept us informed with weekly emails up until our arrival and the amenities were beyond what we expected. It was 0 degrees out but we still went in the hot tub and had a beautiful fire all weekend long. An amazing way to spend a cold weekend with friends.

We’ve had our share of VRBO stays but have never had more attentive hosts. Jose and Jennifer were very proactive seeing that he had all kinds of information to make our stay at the house as well as the area as enjoyable as possible. We had a few how to questions for them when we arrived their response time was immediate. The house was great with a lot of what looked like, recent upgrades. We were a group of 13 there was plenty of space to gather as a group and plenty of room for personal space. We had a fantastic weekend. Jose & Jennifer went out of their way to ensure that.

Our stay was absolutely perfect! The host was always available and very attentive. The house was beautiful with so much to do, the kids were never bored. The hot tub was spotless. The community and lake were so peaceful. Every day we had deer right in the yard. Highly recommend for a family or just a peaceful getaway! I can’t say enough, thank you for a great time!

Wonderful Family Reunion location

We had a wonderful time and used all possible amenities during our stay. Kayaks, canoes and fishing for the cousins and uncles. The access by the beach to the lake was great for everyone including Grandparents! Hot tub for everyone. The game room was convenient for the kids and adults. We had all three generations sitting by the fire pit having s’mores, playing guitar and singing. Access to the community pool was wonderful and the hot tub on the property was put to use too!I would definitely recommend this property and the owners were friendly and responsive.

Great location very clean home!

We were 3 couples over 55 who enjoyed the nicely stocked kitchen, awesome game room and beautiful dock. The weather didn’t cooperate but the firepit area was great and the scenery was excellent. We enjoyed the deck, the s’mores basket (indoors due to rain :/)) and would recommend this property. The heading was comfortable, the furniture worked out great and the free streaming was nice too!

Very cute and well maintained home. Loved the direct lake access and kayaks/canoe/paddleboat. Kids really enjoyed the playroom, kept them entertained when it was colder/rainy. Host was very communicative and attentive.

The floorplan was good particularly the basement was nicely done. Fireplace with wood was a great addition. Location was good as well but is more for summer. In winter it could be a disadvantage. The day we left, it started snowing and there was no cleaning of snow in the neighborhood. The roads with severe slopes and covered with snow were very treacherous to pass. The 2 stars are only given because of the floorplan and location. The cleanliness was no where close to the price we paid. There was booger on a bedsheet we tried to use. The utensils were not clean. My wife ran dishwasher and washed all utensils before we used any. We used our own paper products where possible. The liquid hand soap in all the bathrooms except basement was mixed with water. The water pressure in the bathrooms was very low. In fact the water completely stopped in the second floor bathroom in the middle on me taking a shower and I had to wait for several minutes in the cold before it started dripping. The heater in one of the rooms stopped in the middle of the night due to unknown reason and the room was very cold in the morning. Probably timer or something on the heater remote was activated. The remotes were not very user friendly and since the kids used the room they did not know until morning. Some of the mattresses were very bad. I used a mattress in a different room on the third night and my back hurted almost for a week. Hot tub took a complete day before water temp became useful.

Lakeside Getaway

Excellent location and property for a fun family lake vacation! Kids ages 3-10 had a blast with canoe, kayaks, paddle boats, swimming beach next door, ping pong table, and foosball table. Home was very comfortable and well stocked with kitchen accessories and bathroom items. Had a great time hiking at nearby Bushkill Falls and the Pocono Environmental Education Center. Hosts (Jose and Jennifer) were extremely helpful and responsive to our questions and requests. Thank you for a great lake side vacation! Would definitely recommend this property.

Outstanding Location and access to the lake!

To keep things quick-- The check-in was a breeze. The house was well kept and clean upon arrival. The access to the private beachfront/lake and firepit absolutely spoiled us. It's gonna be hard to stay anywhere else. The layout of the house is fantastic for a large group to enjoy. All said, 12 family members had a weekend that we'll look back on for the rest of our lives, which is priceless for us.

Wonderful and so many things to do!

Communication with Jose was quick and easy. So responsive! Instructions are clear and the digital guest guide is really helpful. The house is as nice as presented in photos, and super well-stocked - extra of everything! Comfortable seating areas, fun game/play area, hot tub was great. Dock and canoe/kayak/pedal boat are great. Sandy beach is right next door (remember your tags). There’s also a grassy path with a cute little bridge around part of the lake. The lake itself is really pretty and chill but def overfished (talked to a local of 50 years who confirmed that.. caught lots of sunnies, though!). Pool at Rec center was really big and had a lot of seating. Rest of rec center was a little disappointing (tags don't get you in to the fitness room - needed to call public safety) and the fishing pond is not that - sadly there were no fishing signs. But the rest of the rec center was great and only a six minute drive from the house. Our whole family had a great time - even when it rained! Sad to leave this beautiful spot. I highly recommend this place/this host.

Family vacation

The property is in a great location for families, close to the beach and the playground. We spent a lot of time on the water. Boats could have been cleaned and we had some issue with the hot tub. However, Jose and his crew were extremely diligent in coming out, which was very kind. The home is lovely with obvious renovations, there are some areas of the home that need finished. Overall it’s a lovely place with very kind and responsive hosts. The deck is great for watching wildlife. Would recommend!

Great Lake House

The house was great, lots to do and very comfortable. The downstairs room was a lot of fun and so was going out on the lake. The house could use doormats to keep the floors clean. Also, just wanted to mention that the walk down to the lake is a little steep but there was a rope to hold onto which was nice. Overall, my family and I had a lot of fun with all the amenities at the house and being on the lake.

Perfect weekend away

Property is great, everything you need and styled very nicely. The backyard is a blast, we were there in the winter/snow and kids could sled or walk next door to the communal playground. Jose was super responsive and easy to work with. It’s the perfect size for two small families.

Lake adventure

Met with the grandparents at the lake house in the woods during the fall season. Enjoyed the fire pit while the kids canoed and paddle-boated. Sipped hot chocolate and roasted marshmallows. The guys flew their drones over the lake and got stunning photos of the fall foliage! The house supplied everything we needed to make home cooked meals. The mama deer and her babies visited us every night at the same time. The kids waited patiently for their arrival! Cozy indoor fireplace available. The ping pong table in the basement was the highlight, as we traversed down the stairs 2 at a time for a friendly competition…..which grandmom holds the title for once again:-)

Great Fall Weekend

We just had a great weekend getaway to the poconos. Owner was very helpful and communicative. House was clean! Our family went fishing, kayaking, had a fire pit and played tons of games. It was terrific to be able to unwind and disconnect.
