“This hotel is not clean. I lived there for two nights. I asked the front desk for house keeping; I also hanged up the sign of refurbish before 10am, for more than 24 hours, according to their instructions. No one came to clean my room. There is hair in food in their restaurant. And also dark marks on bedding linens; I feel itchy sleeping here. Too expensive for such experience. I don’t recommend it.”

“Glass mugs and glasses no cardboard or plastic. Free full breakfast. Large corner room. Walk in shower, good for seniors ,on the down side there was no grab bars in the shower. Asked to be near elevator because of mobility issues and we received room very near it.”

“Located on the bank of the South Saskatchewan River at River Landing, the Alt Hotel is beautifully situated opposite the Remai Modern Art Museum and a short walk to downtown and Broadway Avenue on the other side of the river. My room on the 8th floor had a lovely view of the river and was very modern and well equipped. Apart from dust and lint on the window ledges, the room was otherwise very clean. Staff were friendly and professional which is always appreciated by guests. ”
