“Timothy's property was very clean and incredibly well equipped in all areas -- I was very pleased I got to do a lot of my own cooking because of the kitchen! I felt safe accessing the property, even at night. My only issue is that it's a bit of a walk to most things (5 minutes to the 8th street bus stop, 15-20 to Broadway street) so it's probably more convenient to those with a vehicle. I would happily stay again!”

“Super clean suite, with fun extras like adjustable coloured lighting in the kitchen/living room areas, and a dual shower head.PROS: Extremely clean, excellent communication from host, three separate beds (two which were very comfortable - the smaller single bed was extremely firm), large washer & dryer with Tide detergent, nicely stocked kitchen with some spices, coffee & coffee maker, sugar, powered milk, plastic wrap, etc.CONS: No hair dryer (so bring your own), no iron, a little light on...

“I’m absolutely satisfied with my stay at this property. However, it was little bit chilly in the basement in a daytime but warm and comfortable at night. It was clean, looks like owners take care of the their property. Communication with owners was good. It is very quiet place. Definitely recommend it.”

“The shower was amazing, deep tub, amazing shower head, some REAL water pressure. Additionally it was quite, cozy and spacious. It was a little odd we had to strip the beds and turn on the washer ourselves but maybe thats normal with VRBO, I am new to these type of stays. The beds were very comfy!! ”
