“Room was clean and comfortable. Bathroom was clean. Breakfast had good variety and food was well prepared and set up.”

“Extremely Disappointing – Dirty, Run-Down, and Serious Safety Concerns I was extremely disappointed with my stay at the Comfort Inn & Suites in Normal, Illinois. When I checked in, I was informed that the pool had been shut down by the city, which was already disappointing. Unfortunately, the condition of the room and the safety concerns made the experience even worse. As soon as I entered the room, there was a horrible smell, and it was obvious that the room had not been properly cleaned or……

“This location delighted the whole family as we walked inside and saw the thoughtful, classy, yet comfortable decor and all the hidden gems of detail for both the history of location and things like games and books. We loved the simplicity of the stay. The kids were curious about if we'd hear the coffee shop under us, and we did not. “Good for one night - but I choose another hotel next time. Nothing around to eat”

“Great”

“Crappy bed. Dated, poorly maintained property. Lukewarm hot water.”
